My children (6 and 8 years old) have become VERY picky eaters lately when it comes to dinnertime.  I feel like even when I make something that they normally would like, they no longer like it.  I am getting tired of making meals that they won’t eat.  We could really use some ideas.  Maybe that would break us out of this rut.
They both like pizza bagels, mac and cheese, and hot dogs but I want to find some other options.
What are some dinner meals that your children like?
Thanks!

  1. My sister’s boys ages 3 & 4 both love chicken nuggets, the 4 yr old loves turkey bacon. I would think if you made chicken quesadillas and let them help that would be fun! cheese, tortillas, chicken, or chicken nuggets….LOL! and I like mine with ranch dressing instead of salsa….but dipping in mustard is always good too!

  2. I like to make a pasta salad of sorts.. I boil pasta then I use my ninja (could use blender or food processor) to chop up celery, carrots, tomatoes, black olives.. Whatever you’d like. Add in a little italian dressing and mix it together.. As they are eating the pasta they are getting bits of the other nutritious bits.. 🙂
