Hello Kitty DVR Video Camera and Hello Kitty Ear Buds Product Review

I’m sure if you have watched any of my video reviews you know how my daughters are hams and like to be filmed. They also like to make their own movies and take their own pictures. And what little girl wouldn’t like to have a Hello Kitty Digital Video Recorder w/ Camera from Sakar? We were sent one to review and my girls had fun videoing each other with it.
The Hello Kitty DVR has a 1.8″ preview screen which is big enough for kids to use. The screen turns 180° so you can not only see what you are filming in front of you but you can also turn the screen around to film yourself. It also has a built-in microphone to record sound when you are videoing. With a 4x digital zoom, you can get a little closer to your subject. You can also take still photos as well. It also includes a special effect Snap ‘n Share Photo Editing Software CD to edit your images. Have fun making stickers and scrapbooks with your photos. You can even upload them right to many social media sites. Want to see yourself on a bigger screen? You can watch videos on your television directly from the camera with an AV cable (not included). You will want to make sure to have an SD card handy because it is necessary to be able save your videos and photos and it does not come with one.

There are minimal controls so it is easy for a child to use. Both my 6 and 9 year old were able to easily record each other. The image quality isn’t the best but it doesn’t need to be. It is a child’s video camera and if your kids are like my kids, they will just love that they have their own camera and can take their own photos and videos.

We also received 2 sets of Hello Kitty Ear Buds to review. My daughters love Hello Kitty so they were a big hit. How cute are they?!?!?While I don’t care for ear buds myself, my girls love them and said that these were very comfortable. The sound is great and they love using them. The ear buds even come with extra ear pieces included. These are great when your kids want to listen to their games or music and you don’t want to hear it!

Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends is a fun is a fun new 3DS game that is great for any Hello Kitty fan ages 6+. It is playable on both regular and 3DS game systems from Nintendo.

What we think– Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends has 10 mini-games for you to play. The hardest game to play is the pinata game because you have to tap it a lot to and then catch 3 apples. It’s hard to catch all 3 apples so it is definitely the most challenging mini-game. The most fun part of the Hello Kitty game is the game one where you get to dress up Hello Kitty in different party clothes. The more mini-games you win, the more party clothes you unlock. Spot the Difference is lots of fun, too. It is just like the spot the difference games my girls like to play in magazines so they really enjoy finding differences in the various pictures.

Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends is also fun to play in multiplayer mode playing as your favorite Sanrio Characters. My girls especially like Chococat. The 3DS features really accentuation the experience by making the characters seem to pop out of the screen. This game is great for any Hello Kitty fan. My girls are almost 7 and 9 years old and it was purrrrfect for them.

Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends invites players to join Hello Kitty and Sanrio Friends as they prepare for the perfect picnic party. Play 10 mini-games including Hidden Object, Spot the Difference, and Picnic Blanket Checkers as you collect goodies for the picnic. Explore and decorate whimsical environments including Hello Kitty’s bedroom, kitchen, and more. Earn apples to receive special items to customize Hello Kitty’s outfits. Interact directly with Hello Kitty using the 3DS touch screen and listen as the game guides you along. Invite your friends to join the fun in a variety of multiplayer modes as you play with your favorite Sanrio characters including My Melody®, Keroppi®, Chococat®, Badtz-Maru®, Little Twin Stars®, and more!
