    There was no kit. It was a download guide and it took 15 minutes of signing up to get it, including giving them permission to call on the phone to sell you something. Not worth the trouble.

          I was under the impression that it was a kit but it seems it’s a download. I am not sure if they send you something else after you sign up. I don’t have arthritis so I haven’t signed up for it myself.
