Carmex Isn’t Just For Lips!

I grew up being a fan of Carmex.  I loved those jars of Carmex lip balm and of course the squeezable tubes of Carmex with the red cap.  Just smelling Carmex brings back childhood memories.  Their lip balm line has grown to include other flavors such as lime and vanilla as well as other fomulations such as their lip conditioner that I reviewed a few months ago.  I was so excited when Carmex sent out an e-mail a few weeks ago asking for bloggers to review their skin care line.
Carmex’s Everyday Hydrating Lotion is a great every day lotion for replenishing your body’s moisture.  It is not greasy at all and because it absorbs pretty quickly it doesn’t leave you feeling all goopy like some other lotions do.  It has a very light, clean scent that is great for every member of my family.  It has Aloe and Vitamin E to nourish and moisturize skin and can be used anywhere skin feels dry.  I’ve been using it all over my body every day after my shower, especially on my legs, and my skin is feeling very soft and smooth. It is very creamy and easy to smooth on all over.  My daughters like using it after their shower at night, too.For my rougher, drier parts like my elbows and especially my feet, I have been using Carmex’s Everday Healing Cream.  It also has a non-greasy formula and the same light, pleasant scent as the Everyday Hydrating Lotion, but it is much thicker.  A little goes a long way with the Everyday Healing Cream because it is concentrated.  It has 9 healing ingredients to not only hydrate dry skin but actually penetrate to repair dry, rough, or cracked skin.  I’ve been using it daily and my feet and elbows are much softer and smoother.
