With technology advancing it seems as though almost everything needs batteries. The problem is the cost of replacing batteries all of the time. Not to mention the time and annoying feeling of batteries dying when you need them the most. That’s why we LVOE using Energizer batteries for everything. Not only do they last longer, but they are cost effective.

Energizer isn’t just about batteries. With so much crazy weather that has been happening around the world, I am so glad we discovered the Energizer LED Safety Light. This amazing flash light is ready for anything! It has 4 LED lights that never need replacing, an alert whistle, emergency checklist and an interruptor pulsador. With 65 hours of running time, and being weather proof, I don’t think there isn’t much it can’t do! Awesome! I think every home should have one of these flashlights. You never know what could happen. Plus if all of that wasn’t enough, this amazing safety light runs on either AAA, AA or C Energizer batteries. We don’t always have the right batteries for the job, so thankfully you have a choice.

Another way to keep your family safe is by making sure you have working smoke, fire and carbon monoxide detectors. They are so simple to install and make your life worry free. We aways change out our Energizer batteries every time we change our clocks. It’s a great way to help us remember. One of my favorite alarms to use is Kidde brand. It is 2 alarms in 1 and has the world’s most accurate CO senor. Plus it talks!! No confusion as to what the problem is. It will let you know. Pretty smart!

How a One-Minute “Change” and a Battery Can Help Save Lives

Energizer and the International Association of Fire Chiefs Honor the Impact of 5 Million Batteries Donated through Change Your Clock Change Your Battery® program

Too many of us know someone who has been impacted by a home fire and believe it can never happen to “me.” Yet, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) estimates that 28 million homes are at risk because they either don’t have smoke alarms or their smoke alarms do not work, mostly due to dead or missing batteries. A working smoke alarm can make the difference in whether you have the critical extra seconds to safely escape. Energizer and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) have worked for decades to change those numbers with the Change Your Clock Change Your Battery® program, and this fall they are continuing that work with firefighters across the country bringing the total number of batteries donated to 5 million.

The Change Your Clock Change Your Battery® program is just one of the ways Energizer brings to life the company’s commitment to making a positive impact in communities across the country. that’s positivenergy™   For more information, please visit energizer.com/change and facebook.com/energizerbunny.
