Disclosure- I received a credit to Minted.com in exchange for posting about their Limited Edition Art but all opinions are 100% my own.
We moved into our current house almost 2 years ago and I still haven’t hung much on the walls. When we were first setting up our house we had the whole house painted and I told the painter to just leave up the picture hooks that the previous owner had on the walls. I figured I’d just be able to hang my pictures right where the hooks already were. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to put on each hook so I just put up a few pictures, an unframed canvas of my daughters, and a few other random wall hangings just to have something to put on the hooks. Fast forward two years later and my “temporary” wall hangings are still on the walls. I decided it was about time I actually started looking for some artwork that actually reflected my style and “spoke to me”. Then I found out that in addition to personalized stationary and other items, Minted also has limited edition wall art. Here are some of the ones that caught my eye for one reason or another. Which ones do you like?
This dragonfly picture is pretty and has an upcycled feel to it with the newsprint parts.
This house filled with squirrels is adorable. I can see putting this in my hallway, maybe next to a bookcase.
I love the colors in this one. The sky and the water both have such calming colors to me. I could see looking at this one on a stressful day and dreaming of floating on the ocean and touching the sky.
I’m like the lines and patterns on this one although I think I would want to get out some markers or crayons and color it. 😉
This is a fun print. I love the tiny clothes hanging from the clothesline. Look at the socks!
This house is just simple and sweet. It comes in several color schemes as do many of the prints on Minted.
This one reminds me of those 3D pictures that you stare at and then the image pops out at you. This one isn’t 3D but I think my girls would like it.
This one made me smile because it is called “New York City Butts”! I think I would get this one just so I could tell everyone what it is called.
So what do you look for when you pick out artwork for your home?
