Have you been to Dunkin’ Donuts lately?  They have lots of new choices on their menu for both foods and beverages.  My favorites by are the two new iced coffee flavors inspired by their sister brand, Baskin-Robbins ice cream.  They offer Mint Chocolate Chip Iced Coffee and Old Fashioned Butter Pecan Iced Coffee.  Both taste just like iced cream.  I really can’t say which is my favorite because they are both delicious!  Of course you can still get hot and iced coffee in their other flavors such as French Vanilla and Hazelnut.  And if you are a coffee purist, Dunkin’ Donuts also offers their Dunkin’ Dark Roast coffee in iced coffee and if you prefer hot coffee the Dunkin’ Dark Roast can be purchased by the pound.  If you are not a coffee fan they also have iced tea and iced sweet tea to quench your thirst.

If you are looking for a cool treat as temperatures heat up, Dunkin’ Donuts has you covered.  They have introduced 3 new Coolatta Frozen Beverage flavors to their Coolatta line-up- Berry Blast, Raspberry Lime, and Minute Maid Orange.  The Dunkin’ Donuts Coolatta flavor list also includes Strawberry, Strawberry Lemonade, Blue Raspberry, Frozen Lemonade, Vanilla Bean and for the coffee lovers, Frozen Coffee, Frozen Mocha Coffee, and Frozen Caramel Coffee.  I’ve always been a Coolatta fan but even I didn’t know that you can get them with flavor shots.  You can add any flavor on the flavor menu to any Coolatta.  And if that isn’t fun enough, you can also combine Coolatta flavors and become your own mixologist.  Why not try Vanilla Bean with Strawberry?  Or for a fun, tie-dye look mix Raspberry Lime, Strawberry, and Blue Raspberry.  I know my girls are going to love mixing flavors for their own signature Coolatta blend.  Dunkin’ Donuts has a cool offer for you- For the month of May you can get any small Coolatta for just $1.99 nationwide.
Of course Dunkin’ Donuts also has great food items on their menu.  They recently added a turkey sausage sandwich to their permanent menu.  Did you know that you can get any sandwich on any type of bread?  That includes croissants, biscuits, tortilla wraps, Texas Toast, English Muffins, flat bread, and French rolls.  They also have Southern Style Biscuits with either sausage or chicken on them.  YUMMY!  Their biscuits are made with a new flakier recipes and are brushed with butter flavored spread after baking.  May 14th is National Buttermilk Biscuit Day so why not try one!   Don’t forget to ask for a little honey for your biscuit!
If you are looking for a yummy lunch, Dunkin’ Donuts has both tuna salad and chicken salad wraps that you can also get on any other type of bread.  They both come with bacon and white cheddar cheese.   If you are looking for a light meal or snack our favorite item on the menu in my family is the Wake-Up Wrap Sandwich.  I like mine with just egg and cheese while one of my daughters likes it with bacon, egg, and cheese and my other daughter prefers hers with ham, egg, and cheese.  They make a great after school snack.
If you are looking for healthier options make sure to check out Dunkin’ Donut’s DDSmart Menu of items that are 400  calories or less.  These include Egg White Flatbread Sandwiches, Egg & Cheese on an English Muffin, Wake-up Wraps, and more!
There are also lots of changes to many Dunkin’ Donuts.  Some Dunkin’ Donuts, including the Dania Beach, FL store at 550 South Federal Hwy, have new comfortable lounge areas.  Bring your laptop and enjoy FREE Wi-Fi as you relax, sip your coffee, and watch t.v.
Many locations now have beautiful new digital menus including a video screen.  Pretty, isn’t it?
You are probably wondering why I didn’t mention the one item that is in Dunkin’ Donuts name.  I decided to save the best for last.  Dunkin’ Donuts wouldn’t be Dunkin’ Donuts without their delicious donuts!  Right now for Spring they are featuring the Spring Showers Donut which has a yeast shell filled with apple raspberry jelly and is topped with strawberry and pastel green icing drizzle over white dipped icing.  Their other Spring donut is the Spring Fling Donut which is a yeast ring donut frosted with strawberry icing and topped with pastel green and pastel yellow drizzle.  Both are available nationwide through May.  They are so pretty you might not want to eat them…….Nah, I’m sure you’ll eat ’em!

After serving guests for 18 years, Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, unveiled a newly remodeled restaurant at 550 S Federal Hwy in Dania to bring guests greater comfort and accessibility, and to continue to keep busy people running while on-the-go.

The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and employs approximately 20 crew members. The restaurant is 4,500 square feet and features comfortable seating for approximately 20 guests with interior booths and tables  Other new features include large flat-screen television, free Wi-Fi, softer seating, and a larger customer lounge. Additionally, the restaurant has specially designed drive-thru that enhances efficiency for busy guests on-the-go.
