My family and I were so excited to receive tickets to Disney On Ice’s Toy Story 3 show this past weekend. We loved Phineus and Ferb a few weeks ago but my girls really wanted to watch ice skaters. They were thrilled when I surprised them with tickets to see Toy Story 3 on Ice and the show didn’t disappoint.
The show has all of our favorite characters from Toy Story- Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Ham, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, and many more. My favorite characters were there, too- the aliens! They are so adorable! THE CLAW!!!!!! LOL
What I really enjoyed was that the show incorporated songs from the movie as well as songs that tied into the show but were songs that were familiar to the adults. I have to say I have had “Dream Weaver” stuck in my head for days now. My kids are tired of hearing it.
I was a little worried at first because my girls are a little older now (6 and 8 years old) and they are more into princesses than Toy Story but watching the show actually made them fall in love with the story all over again. They went home and watched the movie that night. If you have a Toy Story fan at home, this is a must see!
