Here are just a few examples of missions:

Each mission has a specific number of coins that it is worth as well as specific requirements for completing it such as including a picture of the product, using a specific hashtag, and tagging the brand or store in the post.  Users can also share their activity on Yappem through Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, and email.  Once you post on Yappem your followers can then like and comment on your posts.  The biggest tip I have for users is to use Yappem often and interact to earn more coins that you can exchange for gift cards.
