I am so excited about this product and I know you will be, too. First thank you all who helped me be selected to review Sweet Pea Toy Company’s Kid Friendly SweetPea3 MP3 Player. My children love playing with MY things. My cell phone, my MP3 player, and anything else they can get their hands on. But I am always worried about them breaking my expensive “toys”. They love listening to music but I didn’t want to get them an expensive gadget or a small MP3 player that they could easily break. This Kid Friendly SweetPea3 MP3 player from Sweet Pea Toy Company is just the answer.
It is very sturdy and kid friendly. It is geared for kids aged 0-6 but even my soon to be 8 year old got excited when I took it out of the box. It comes preloaded with classic songs and stories and you can also easily add your own. My girls are always fighting with me over who’s music to listen to in the car. I love that this MP3 player not only has a speaker but it also has a place to plug in headphones. Now we can load it up with our girls’ favorite music and then can listen to it in the car with their headphones. We also added their favorite night time soothing music and ocean noises so they can listen to it at night while they are trying to go to sleep.
Press any button to wake up the SweetPea3. After a few seconds it will start to play from the spot in the song where it was last played. Press the right button to advance to the next song and the left button to go to the previous song. Press the middle button to stop the song. You can also fast forward and fast rewind through a song by pressing and holding the right and left buttons respectively. The SweetPea3 shuts off automatically when it is idle for one minute. It can be restarted again by pressing a button. I also like that there are only 3 kid friendly buttons on it so children can scroll from song to song. Parents can access the settings menu by pressing and holding the right and left buttons together for 6 seconds. This way parents can control the volume, playlist, and auto off time, not the children.
The SweetPea3 MP3 Player for Kids is most appropriate for kids ages 0-6 years or for anyone who desires simplicity and robustness, such as many seniors and those with special needs.
MP3 technology uses memory chips to store music which means it is safe and robust because there are no moving parts. MP3 technology is also very simple to use and configure.

WOW!!!! Talk about reading my mind… I was just thinking this morning about looking for a product exactly like this. My 6yr. Old son has Aspergers and something like this would be perfwcr for him.
