Looking for a gift for the person in your life who likes to track their health and fitness?  The Ozeri 4x3motionTM Digital Pocket Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology is a great choice.  The Ozeri digital pedometer is easy to set up and easy to use.  Follow the easy set up instructions and you’re ready to go.  Then simply put the pedometer in your pocket or around your neck with the lanyard that comes with it and start walking.  With the 3D technology you don’t have to have it in a certain position for it to work like other pedometers.  It can be helf flat, on it’s side, upwards or any other angle for it to work.  The multiview screen shows you how many steps you’ve taken, the time, and the date.  Press the mode button and it shows how many calories burned, miles, minutes, and miles per hour you walked/ran.  I love that it also has a built in 7 day memory so you can compare how many steps you took in previous days, too.  I am really trying to increase my activity level so I love that I can compete with myself and try to walk more steps than the day before.

The Ozeri 4x3motionTM Digital Pocket Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology has a blue backlight for easy nighttime viewing.  To conserve the battery life the pedometer goes into sleep mode after 30 seconds of no movement and wakes up once it starts moving again.   I’ve never used a pedometer before but I found this one to be very easy to use for a beginner but it also has features that seasoned athletes will also enjoy, too.
