As a parent I am always looking for fun things to keep my girls occupied that don’t involve electronics. I get so tired of hearing “Mommy, I’m bored” when they aren’t plugged into their electronic games, etc. We received 2 Sketch Portfolios from Fashion Angels and they are perfect to keep my girls entertained. They love doing any type of art projects and I especially love art projects like this that include everything they need. My younger daughter worked on the La La Loopsy Drawing Portfolio Set and my older daughter worked on the Monster High Monster Fashion Sketch Portfolio. The La La Loopsy set was a little easier so it was perfect for my almost 7 year old.
With these sets children are encouraged to not only great fun outfits, but also design fun accessories, shoes, and more!
Each set came with a set of plastic stencils to create different clothing designs. The stencils easily attach to the book so they won’t get lost. The sets also come with stickers to add to the designs. The La La Loopsy set came with adorable themed crayons that were a nice, thick size to make for easier handling. The Monster High set came with colored pencils, a pencil sharpener, pencil grips, and 2 glitter gel pens. Perfect for the little fashion designer in your house.
These sets would make great holiday gifts. If you are traveling this holiday season I suggest getting a few of these sets to keep your children busy in the car, hotel, or wherever you go. They even have a Hot Wheels version for boys.
